What if I have a question about a product?
On the product page, click "As Seller A Question" and a pop up screen will appear. Our email is always up and normally can respond within minutes.

How do you ship?
Totally Kids ships most orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation. In order to pass along the lowest shipping rates we often use First Class Mail or Parcel, Parcel Post or Media Mail. For larger, heavier items we ship FedEx Ground.

Do you have this replacement part or toy?
We have bins and bins and bins of parts, pieces, things , and gadgets! Entirely to many to list. Send us an email with what you're looking for and we'll let you know if we have it. Are you "Environmental Friendly"?
In an attempt to "GO GREEN" we reuse all clean boxes and packing materials. Reusing packaging is the best form of recycling, because it doesn’t require further use of energy either in converting or transporting the packaging prior to use. We believe totally in recycling and conservation, especially of our natural resources. Trees/Pulpwood products are what boxes are made of and we want to do our part. Therefore your order might come in a Grated Cheese Box or Cherrios Box or a Pampers Box, etc. Make sure to look for this when your order is expected!! Sometimes buyers overlook their order’s arrival because they are expecting a plain NEW box.

How soon does my order get processed?
Once payment has been confirmed; All orders are shipped within 2 business days of placing an order. Prior to shipping items are cleaned, santized and tested.

Can I get put on a WISH LIST for something perticular?
YES! Email us with what you are looking for. We have a busy storefront and can't possibly list everything we have in stock. We just may have that item!

Is It In Stock?
The "BUY NOW" tab means the item is AVAILABLE and the "ON HOLD" tab means it is not. Click " Buy Now " on your item(s) to send to the Shopping Cart.

How do I purchase a product?
To make a purchase click "Buy Now" on the product screen you wish to purchase. A blue box will appear with "Alternate Checkout" OR "Google Checkout". Choose "Alternate Checkout" for PayPal. Then log into your PayPal account to make instant payment. Choose "Google Checkout" to either sign into your existing account or to create an account
